A centralized system for recording, allocating, tracking, and understanding public resources.
Built for Ministries, Departments, and Agencies under the Lagos State Government. A reusable component architecture supports consistent workflows, while search, filtering, and analytics improve visibility into resource distribution and utilization.
The interface calls the application layer. Domain services own their data; asynchronous work crosses an explicit event boundary.
